- How do I find goods?
- You don’t have to find anything—we do that for you using our years of e-commerce experience and connections in Asia. All you need is a picture of what you want to sell
- How long is the transportation?
- If the manufacturer has stock, the average shipping time is around 14-28 business days. Of course, shipping could be influenced by major events around the world that is out of our control. Check shipping news to stay informed about international shipping delays
- Do you do custom packaging?
- Yes, please message us here so we can discuss.
- Are there items you don’t source?
- Due to restrictions, we are unable to source the following: lithium ion batteries, liquids, flammable items, items deemed dangerous by shipping companies (i.e. weapons)
- Are there extra charges besides the payment?
- No, unless you decide after receiving the product that you want something else; then we start over the process for you.
- Are there any refunds?
- Due to the amount of time and effort it takes for us to carefully source, travel on-site to factories, and negotiate with manufacturers, there are NO refunds after your payment for your order is processed (absolutely no exceptions—we only partner with serious e-commerce merchants who want to succeed, so please be sure that you want to sell the exact product we source for you).
